The reserve is a fraction of current equity and is recomputed on every read, so it tracks the account down as well as up. Capital is counted once per opportunity, never once per leg.
Every candidate the scanner evaluated is listed, accepted or refused. The refusals are the point: an arbitrage engine behaving correctly is usually doing nothing, and without a stated reason that is indistinguishable from one that is broken.
This panel is read-only. There is no control anywhere in this application that can open the gate: real-money execution additionally requires a reviewed source change, and no environment variable, database row, API route or toggle can substitute for it. Withdrawal permission is neither required nor used by this system.
